Account & Registration

Signing up with Neds is straightforward and takes less than 3 minutes. Go to the Register, fill in your basic details (full name, email, Malaysian phone number, date of birth), choose a username and password, then verify your email. Once verification is complete, you can make a deposit and start playing right away. No documents required for initial registration.

You must meet the following requirements to register at Neds:

Each person may only hold one Neds account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended.

Click the "Forgot your password?" on the Log In. Enter your registered email address and a reset link will be sent within 5 minutes. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder. If the issue persists, contact Neds 24/7 live chat support.

Your account is temporarily locked after 5 consecutive failed login attempts. It will unlock automatically after 30 minutes. If you need immediate access, contact Neds customer support via live chat and provide your username. Our team will verify your identity and restore access promptly.

Your phone number and email address can be updated from your account settings. However, your username cannot be changed after registration. To update your full name or date of birth, you will need to contact Neds support and go through the KYC verification process (submitting a copy of your MyKad), as these changes require identity verification.

To permanently close your Neds account, contact our customer support via live chat or email at support@neds.wine. Please ensure you withdraw any remaining balance beforehand. The closure process takes 5–7 business days. If you are closing your account due to a gambling problem, we recommend using the self-exclusion first.

KYC verification is required when:
  • Your withdrawal exceeds a certain limit
  • Your account activity has been flagged by our monitoring system
  • You want to raise your deposit limit to a higher level
Required documents: MyKad copy (front and back) and proof of payment method. The KYC process is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

Yes, and Neds strongly encourages you to do so. From your account settings, you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in MYR. Limit decreases take effect immediately. Withdrawal

Log in to your Neds account and go to Account > Withdrawal. For added security, please ensure the withdrawal method matches the one used for your original deposit.

Withdrawals to e-wallets (TnG, GrabPay, Boost) are processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours in most cases. Withdrawals to a bank account via FPX/DuitNow take 1–3 business days. Withdrawal requests submitted after 10 PM or on public holidays may take slightly longer. Your funds will be processed in queue order — no express payments.

The minimum withdrawal amount at Neds is RM30. There is no maximum daily withdrawal limit for accounts that have completed full KYC verification. For accounts that have not undergone KYC, a cumulative withdrawal limit may apply until identity verification is complete.

A withdrawal request may be declined for the following reasons:
  • KYC not completed or documents are incomplete
  • Bonus wagering requirements have not been met
  • Recipient details do not match the Neds account information
  • Requested amount exceeds available balance
Neds will send an explanatory email if a withdrawal is rejected. Contact our support team for further clarification.

A withdrawal request can only be cancelled if it is still in "Pending Processing". Once a request changes to "Processing" status, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel a pending withdrawal, contact Neds live chat support promptly and provide your transaction reference number.

Neds does not charge any fees for withdrawals. The full amount you request will be credited to your destination account. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 12x bonus amount within 30 days. Example: RM300 bonus × 12 = RM3,600 must be wagered before withdrawal. Unclaimed bonuses will expire after the specified period and cannot be reversed. Bonuses that have been credited but whose wagering requirements are not met within 30 days will be automatically forfeited, though your original deposit balance remains unaffected. If a match is postponed and does not resume within 48 hours, all bets on that match will be fully refunded to your account balance. If the match resumes within 48 hours, the outcome of your bet will be determined based on the result of the resumed match. For parlay bets, any cancelled selection is typically treated as "void", and the remaining selections in the parlay remain valid.

Yes! Neds supports parlay betting with a minimum of 2 bets in a single slip. You can combine up to 20 selections in one parlay.
